I had bad credit and took a "hard money loan" to keep them from ending up in a shelter. A year later I managed to get a traditional loan. I'll never understand most people. I know sometimes there is no choice but usually where there is a will there is a way.....

I have a little bit of a weight problem. I can never keep myself motivated enough to keep the weight I lose off. Any suggestions?

definitely cut the carbohydrates out, eat as little of it as possible, everything you eat look at the label any more than 5grams per 100grams of carbohydrates the dont have it, or eat as little as possible. See cutting carbs means your body has no other means but to use your body fat for burning energy because you are not putting any more in. And exercising 30 minutes a day, anything as long as you get your heart thumping and feel puffed. Like skipping with a skipping rope, thats hard stuff. And crunches, doing your abs helps quicker. am exercising and eating better (water, salads etc..) but I am actually gaining weight now! (like a pound every 2 weeks!) I am 7 lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight and used to always be petite. Did anyone do something special to lose weight? (other than breastfeeding) Is this normal because it has only been 2 months since I had my son? Any similiar experiences?

I am at university and want to earn a bit of money while studying music. I have a strong knowledge of music theory and have been composing for years. How can I make money from my music compositions? Do solo instruments generally generate more profit than ensemble pieces? And what genre of music generates the most money/ sells the easiest- could I earn money composing some basic classical pieces
Well I would try first going to someone that would like to play your work, maybe a University Orchestra or something like that. Or you could maybe ask around and see if any Orchestras are interested in playing a student piece. I'm sure that one of these two things will work. If not then maybe try recording some of these things yourself. You can show friends and other people you know and who knows maybe you can get some money out of it!Good Luck!

There aren't really any legitimate ways, other than data entry, and about the only data entry jobs that are available are in the medical transcription area. If you're not already on Usenet, download a news program, or use something like Thunderbird. Read the sci.med.transcription newsgroup for a while, until you see what goes on, then ask for advice. Don't let the ribbing and scare stories put you off - they're all good people, and not after your (non-existent) money. But they do like teasing newbies.

It is a little extra and it is easy especially if you get referrals. These you can buy which i bought a few with the money i made and then they make money for you. Or you can try to recruit referrals on your own (which i suppose I am going to do with you by offering you my referral link to this site). Keep in mind we are talking about earning pennies to click, however if you stick with it and eventually have 40 or 50 referrals making pennies for you daily it adds up. But be wary of any site that says you will make $200-$1000 a day. Scam!
