Along with your eating habit is what you drink. If you drink a lot of sodas you may consider trying to eliminate it from your diet. Drinking an extra 2 cans of sodas per day will give you an extra 300 calories or so that you don't need. In many cases people that stop drinking sodas actually see an automatic increase in their weight loss. The alternate and the best thing for you to drink is water. Water flushes your system of toxins and it gives the body exactly what it needs to function properly. It is great for you and it is very effective. Water does not contain any calories in it so you will not gain unnecessary ponds. Water can also cure the need to consistently eat.
